Taltos Fortune Teller Cup & Saucer
Have you always wanted to read Tea Leaves? This delightful vintage fortune teller tea cup is English Ironstone china, made by Jon Anton in England. It features the zodiac and fortune-telling symbols in an attractive pattern around the inside of the cup and saucer. The outside of the cup says, "Perchance this cup will show it thee. Would'st thy fortune like to see?" For those of you who are collectors, this is the original 1975 Taltos Fortune Telling Teacup design that various other companies (including Lillian Vernon) made subsequent copies of.
The Fortune Teller Cup & Saucer makes a great conversation piece, or even a gift for friends who like Divination, and this particular piece is not only historic but in lovely shape. Or if you're like me, you can add it to a growing collection of divination tea cups that come out on rainy days, Halloween, and other special occasions.
